Ballet.
Every little girl wants to be a beautiful ballerina... Right? Right!! It's blood, sweat & tears, but... It's definitely worth it for the tutus, diamonds & tiaras.
Ballet provides a strong foundation & great discipline for all dancers, & all styles of dance. It looks easy, but trust us, ballerinas have skills. Seriously.
Lyrical & Contemporary.
Ballet... With no rules!! This class is for those who constantly strive to push the limits & break the bounaries. Forcusing on creativity & movement, contemporary/lyrical is about forgetting the steps & just dancing. Seriously.
Jazz.
This is a fast paced class for those who aren't afraid to shine. It's all about high kicks, triple pirouettes & spirit fingers. Covering all facets of Jazz, from Broadway to Cabaret to Afro Jazz.This class is for (& not so serious) dancers. Seriously.
Hip Hop.
Hip hop is the new kid on the block of the dance world & everyone wants to know about it!! It's the style that you can let loose, ditch the granny ballet music & really move!! This class incorporates the latest dance moves with current popular music.
It's the coolest kicks, freshest beats, funkiest moves & it's above all else... Seriously fun. Seriously.
Boys Club.
NO. GIRLS. ALLOWED!! This class is where the boys get into some serious dancing. None of those shimmies or fan kicks. Instead, we have hip hop, break & dancing. Incorporating strength, fitness, technique & choreography, this class is garunteed to use up all of their energy. Seriously.
Glee Club.
You've know the show. You know what happens. Sing, dance, act & have serious fun. Seriously.
Cheerleading.
Tumbling + Stunts x Dance = Fun!! The perfect equation.Seriously Dance is excited to be offering Cheerleading in 2012. We aren't talking about the Cheerleading you see at the footy, we are talking about the Cheerleading you see in the movies... like Bring It On.
So, do exactly that... Bring it on into Seriously Dance & see why Cheerleading is the most popular sport around town. Seriously.
Acrobatics.
Forget triple pirouettes, this class is all about triple somersaults!! Improve your flexibility, balance, strength & co-ordination in a spectacular way. This class is the place to be if you want that something extra in your dancing. Those WOW tricks. Seriously.
Dance Fitness.
How do you think dancers get those amazing bodies?? They work for it... Then they work some more!! This class is for both experienced dancers who want to increase their dance fitness & strength, & for beginners who just want to get fit or lose those extra kilos.
Including strength, cardiovascular, flexibility & technique components, we will whip you into serious shape!! Seriously.
